Conversations w/ Dr. Donohue :
Why did you become a chiropractor ?
"I hurt my neck a long time ago and saw a chiropractor for the first
time. I think I immediately felt a strange comfort with the philosophy
of chiropractic. I was never a big one for popping pills for aches and
pains, but chiropractic helped me appreciate the inborn power of the
human body and how the nervous system affects this power. It made sense
to me. In a way it was like hearing something I had always known but
never put into words."
What's your favorite saying ?
"If you do what you've always done, you'll feel the way you've always
felt."
What keeps you motivated every day ?
"I think I like to find the goodness in all people. We all have different
ways of doing that , it just so happens my way is through guiding people
to a higher state of health. Helping people achieve this is a big kick,
it really fires me up."
