Who We Are
Our office consists of many different people, each of who plays a key role in the operation of our chiropractic office. Here is a bit of information about each of the key players in our office.
Dr. Chris Powell
Dr. Powell is our office chiropractor. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Valdosta State University. He is a Cum Laude Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida and he has a post-graduate certification in Electrodiagnostic testing through the International Board of Electrodiagnostics.
- Dr. Angel Shah
Certified in Pregnancy and Pediatric patients
- Zoe Goodson
Zoe is the front desk receptionist/social media specialist
- Shaheen Bharde, LMT
Shaheen comes to us with many years of experience dealing with complex musculoskeletal issues.
- Jodi Leppo
Jodi is another important member of our team. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness and healing and helps heal our patients with these practices in mind.
- Mary Melvin, LMT
Ms. Melvin is our massage therapy specialist. When used in conjunction with chiropractic treatment, massage therapy can help to increase your healing time and decrease your pain level. If you need a Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sport, or Lymphatic Massage, Ms. Melvin offers it.

Christopher Powell
Dr. Christopher Powell was born in Georgia where he graduated with honors from Tift County High School in southern Georgia. He went on to attend Valdosta State University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He is a Cum Laude Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. Dr. Powell holds a post graduate certification in Electrodiagnostic testing through the International Board of Electrodiagnostics, and is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, as well as the Georgia Chiropractic Association.
